Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days<\/strong>. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused<\/strong> and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to health and safety regulations for cannabis vaporizers and hemp oil cartridges, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used (see below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non\u2011returnable items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Opened or used vaporizer cartridges \/ pods<\/strong>\u00a0(including Magic Bean products) \u2013 for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Any hemp oil or cannabis extract product<\/strong>\u00a0that has been removed from its sealed packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Batteries or electronic devices<\/strong>\u00a0that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gift cards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Downloadable software<\/strong>\u00a0or firmware updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 includes certain vape batteries and cleaning solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Conditions for returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please do not<\/strong> send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any item that is\u00a0not in its original condition<\/strong>, is damaged, or has missing parts\u00a0due to our error<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a full refund. If the issue is caused by the user, no refund is given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The item is defective but shows\u00a0minor signs of use<\/strong>\u00a0(only eligible for partial refund).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The original packaging is\u00a0missing or damaged<\/strong>\u00a0but the product itself is unused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The return is requested\u00a0more than 30 days but less than 45 days<\/strong>\u00a0after delivery \u2013 a 20% restocking fee may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you\u2019ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at\u00a0returns@vapxtech.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2.Contact your credit card company \u2013 it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.Contact your bank \u2013 there is often processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sale items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Only regular\u2011priced items may be refunded.\u00a0Sale items cannot be refunded<\/strong>, but may be exchanged for store credit under certain conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged<\/strong> upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective vaporizer or pod for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@vapxtech.com<\/strong> and send your item to the physical address below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong> For defective pods or cartridges, we may require batch number and photo\/video evidence before approving an exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the item was marked as a gift<\/strong> when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the item was not<\/strong> marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For privacy and safety, please do not write \u201ccannabis\u201d or \u201cvape\u201d on the outside of the package unless required by local law. Contact us for return instructions first.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non\u2011refundable<\/strong>. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service<\/strong> or purchasing shipping insurance<\/strong>. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Age & legal compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    vapx products are for\u00a0adult use only<\/strong>\u00a0(21+ or legal age in your jurisdiction). By making a purchase, you confirm your age. Returns that violate local laws (e.g., underage purchase) will not be processed, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
